OUR SOLUTIONS
A real revolution: our 3D concrete printer for standard concrete is changing the world of construction for good. The principle behind it is simple. Like a 3D printer, it creates three-dimensional concrete structures layer by layer.
This method allows us to realize a planned building model more precisely and efficiently than would be possible with conventional methods. With the help of state-of-the-art BIM planning software, the contour to be printed is digitized and printed by the machine with millimetre precision. At the same time, the carbon footprint is improved and safety is increased.

Introduction: INSTATIQ P1
The INSTATIQ P1 is our mobile 3D printer for standard concrete. With a reach of 26 m and millimetre precision, it revolutionizes construction: no formwork, emission-free, CO₂-reduced and efficient. Its robot technology combines flexibility and automation for efficient construction processes.

Redefining construction
With a range of 26 meters and a precision of just a few millimeters, the INSTATIQ P1 sets new standards in the construction industry. Thanks to 3D printing, concrete walls can be erected efficiently, economically and without conventional formwork – and with classic standard concrete. Its mobility enables it to be used on a wide variety of construction sites, creating the basis for the future of construction.

INSTATIQ P1 in action
MOBILE – No matter where: we can reach any location.
DIGITAL – All processes are fully digitalized.
SUSTAINABLE – Thanks to electric operation and significantly less waste.
ECONOMICAL – Thanks to standard concrete and minimized personnel requirements.
AUTOMATED – Buildings at the touch of a button.
SAFE – Maximum safety for operators and construction site.
INNOVATIVE – State-of-the-art high-tech solutions for operators and construction sites.
SOLUTION & CONCEPT
INSTATIQ – Mobile large-scale robotics for 3D concrete printing
INSTATIQ, the innovative large-scale robot, is nothing less than the future of construction. With our technology, we erect concrete walls efficiently and economically directly from the 3D printer. Our pioneering technology enables the rapid construction of concrete walls without conventional formwork – and with classic standard concrete.
The real magic of INSTATIQ is in its ability to use the 26-meter-long robotic arm as a large-capacity robot with unprecedented precision of just a few millimeters anywhere. State-of-the-art, bidirectional BIM planning software is used to map the contour to be printed and print it based on the 3D planning.
INSTATIQ not only revolutionizes the construction process, but also creates a bridge between the digital and physical worlds in the construction industry. The precision, efficiency and integration of technologies make this large-scale robot a key player in the evolution of the construction industry towards a digitalized, efficient and sustainable future.
The INSTATIQ P1 integrates seamlessly into the existing concrete infrastructure: on arrival, we start printing straight away – without foundations or formwork. The calculation according to the standard means that no further planning work is required. The low-noise and dust-reduced process improves occupational safety and requires fewer personnel thanks to automation.
The INSTATIQ P1 uses standard concrete from local mixing plants, which enables high cost-effectiveness and flexible adaptation of recipes to regional conditions. The all-electric operation allows the use of CO2-reduced concrete, which significantly reduces the environmental impact compared to other 3D printing processes.
Paper plans and manual documentation are a thing of the past. Instead, the machine code for the INSTATIQ P1 is derived from the building model. Data and information generated during printing is then fed back into the planning process. This creates real added value for everyone involved in the planning process.
