INSTATIQ – Rethinking 3D Concrete Printing
INSTATIQ combines 3D concrete printing, construction robotics and digital construction into one integrated construction process. Using standard ready-mix concrete, our technology prints load-bearing concrete walls directly on the construction site – without conventional formwork
At the heart of the system is the INSTATIQ P1, a mobile 3D concrete printer with a reach of up to 26 meters and millimeter-accurate positioning. Designed for real-world construction sites, it enables efficient concrete construction for residential, commercial and industrial projects.
The process begins with Building Information Modeling (BIM). Digital building models are automatically converted into optimized print paths and executed by construction robotics on site. The result is a seamless digital workflow – from planning and production to quality assurance and documentation.
