Working Student (m/f/d) in Structural Reinforcement Solutions for 3D Printing

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed Working Student in Structural Reinforcement Solutions (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible.

As a Working Student (m/f/d) in Structural Reinforcement Solutions, you will become part of our interdisciplinary engineering team, working at the intersection of structural design, material science, and advanced manufacturing technologies. Your focus will be on researching, developing, and validating innovative reinforcement concepts for robot-based 3D concrete printing applications

Your responsibilities

• Analyze and develop theoretical models for structural reinforcement;

• Conduct laboratory experiments and mechanical testing on 3D-printed materials and specimens;

• Validate results through numerical simulations and computational modeling;

• Contribute to the development of guidelines and best practices for structural optimization.

Your profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor`s, Master’s or PhD program in Structural Engineering or a related field;
• Basic knowledge of FEM analysis, mechanics of materials, earthquake engineering, and 3D printing processes is considered a plus;
• Strong interest in applied research and problem-solving;
• Good command of English (knowledge of German is a plus).
• Analytical and structured working style combined with creativity in problem-solving
• Interest in new technologies and sustainable construction processes
• Ability to work independently and take ownership, as well as strong team spirit
