Site manager 3D printing projects (m/f/d)

As part of the foundation of a new company for “Printing as a Service”, we are now looking for a committed construction and project engineer (m/f/d) to join us in shaping the future of construction.

Your tasks

• Independent operational implementation of unique construction projects using the 3D concrete printing process
• Carrying out the work preparation of 3D concrete printing projects with regard to the printing process and construction site equipment
• Coordination of contractors, suppliers, labor and materials
• Continuous knowledge building and further development of concrete printing processes, especially for interface trades
• Working closely with the parent companies to continuously improve processes and products
• Support in contract and tender preparation

Your qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering, architecture or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in project management as well as in shell construction and project management
• Experience in using 3D planning software (e.g. Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, BIM software) is desirable
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• High problem-solving ability and flexibility
• Team-oriented way of working with the ability to motivate and lead employees
• Willingness to travel in Germany and Austria – regular visits to construction sites, class B driver’s license required
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
