Process Engineer & Data Analyst for 3D Concrete Printing (f/m/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Process Engineer & Data Analyst (f/m/d) to join us as soon as possible.

As a Process Engineer & Data Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and executing the right experiments on our 3D concrete printer – and unlocking the full potential of our machine data.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop validation scenarios (with a focus on print quality, dynamics, and precision) to evaluate enhancements and new features of the 3D printer
• Conduct measurements to assess the printing accuracy and dynamic behavior of our 3D concrete printer
• Define and implement a robust data infrastructure for time series analysis, fully integrated into our seamless and interoperable tool landscape
• Act as the key contact and practitioner for data analysis within the team
• Identify root causes of issues and propose actionable solutions
• Share data insights and analysis results with other team members
• Collaborate closely with our development and construction site teams to continuously advance our 3D printing process
• Independently coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

Your Profile

• Degree in Cybernetics, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field
• Curiosity combined with a hands-on mindset for practical experiments and in-depth data analysis
• High level of intrinsic motivation, initiative, and willingness to acquire new skills
• Passion for working in a dynamic team and excellent communication skills
• Ideally, experience in experimental design and execution, data analysis, and system dynamics
• Familiarity with tools such as MATLAB, Python, and Git is an advantage
