Marketing Manager (m/f/d) – 24-month fixed-term contract, parental leave cover

INSTATIQ is an innovative startup and a spin-off of the Putzmeister Group. We are revolutionizing the construction industry with our pioneering 3D concrete printing technology. To strengthen our team, we are looking to hire an experienced and committed Marketing Manager (m/f/d) with immediate effect, ideally in a full-time capacity; part-time employment is also possible.

As our Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will strengthen our visibility and positioning with a clear focus on digital marketing and content. You will develop targeted initiatives for our audiences and implement them independently. Due to an upcoming parental leave, this position is fixed-term for two years.

Your Responsibilities

• Strategic marketing & communications
  Further develop and implement INSTATIQ’s marketing and communications strategy to strengthen our positioning in the construction industry, and build and maintain cooperations and partnerships

•  Website, lead generation & digital marketing
  Manage and continuously improve our website with a focus on lead generation, and implement online marketing measures (SEO/SEA, newsletters, campaigns)

• Social media
  Manage and develop our social media channels, including editorial planning, community management, and channel- and audience-appropriate distribution of content

• Content creation with a focus on construction projects & video
  Create high-quality content for the website, presentations, marketing materials, and social media—especially photo, video, and motion content showcasing our construction projects, technologies, and solutions

• Press relations & PR
  Build and maintain media contacts, draft press releases, and support external communications

• Event management
  Organize and promote customer events, trade fairs, workshops, and webinars to increase INSTATIQ’s visibility and positioning in the industry

Your Profile

• Degree in marketing, communications, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in marketing, ideally with a focus on digital marketing, branding, and social media management
• Experience creating creative content (text, visuals, video) and familiarity with graphic design and video editing
• Hands-on mindset, strong initiative, and enjoyment in taking ownership
• Strong organizational and communication skills in German and English
• Experience in planning and delivering events
• Proficiency with common marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, HubSpot)
• Creativity and a strong feel for innovative trends, particularly in the tech and construction sectors
