INSTATIQ is an innovative startup and a spin-off of the Putzmeister Group. We are revolutionizing the construction industry with our pioneering 3D concrete printing technology. Our mission is to redefine sustainable and efficient building. As a young company, we offer a dynamic working environment where creativity and personal responsibility are key values.

We are looking to strengthen our team with an experienced and committed Machine Operator for 3D Concrete Printing (m/f/d) starting immediately.

As a Machine Operator for 3D Concrete Printing (m/f/d), you will be the key person for our mobile 3D printer, INSTATIQ P1, on construction sites. You will ensure that our machines operate reliably and safely – from transport, setup, and printing to post-processing. At the same time, you will contribute your technical understanding and hands-on mentality to development, testing, and maintenance when no project is ongoing. In short, you keep the system running – and help us further develop it.

Your Responsibilities

  • Independent operation of the INSTATIQ P1 for printing walls at construction sites in Germany, occasionally in the DACH region and potentially other countries within Europe
  • Performing repairs, machine maintenance, and modifications during machine updates
  • Daily maintenance, cleaning, and documentation of relevant key figures and reports
  • Coordination and communication with project managers, mixer drivers, and internal teams
  • Conducting tests for material qualifications or printer optimizations
  • Transporting the machine to the construction site, as well as setup and teardown of the machine
  • Creation and further development of checklists, manuals, and training materials
  • Training and onboarding new operators

Your Profile

  • Completed technical or vocational training (e.g., mechatronics, mechanical engineering, construction machinery operator) or comparable qualifications
  • Truck driving license (C/CE), ideally with professional driver qualification
  • High willingness to travel – primarily within Germany, occasionally the DACH region and other countries in Europe
  • Good knowledge of German and English and the ability to communicate effectively
  • Experience with concrete pumps, machine operation, or construction site experience is a plus
  • Hands-on mentality, team spirit, and a solution-oriented approach to work
  • Interest in innovation, digitalization and future technologies

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to take responsibility, contribute your own ideas, and help shape the company from day one
  • A highly motivated and passionate team
  • Room for professional development and growth
  • Attractive compensation and additional benefits
  • Long-term security through the backing of a strong corporate group
  • Option to work remotely (mobile office), taking construction site activities into account
  • The chance to help build a company that is redefining the productivity and sustainability of the construction industry through 3D printing technology
