Best PropTech 2026 – INSTATIQ wins PropTech Germany Award 2026

INSTATIQ is Best PropTech 2026 in the “Construction Management & Execution” category.

At the PropTech Germany Award 2026, INSTATIQ was named winner of the “Construction Management & Execution” category. A total of 214 PropTechs took part in the competition, with 183 companies presenting their solutions during the REAL Pitches. From these, 33 companies across eleven categories were nominated for the final. We are proud to have taken home the award and 1st place in the “Construction Management & Execution” category.

The award confirms our approach of bringing robotics, digital planning and 3D concrete printing consistently into real-world construction practice. As a construction-tech startup, we are not only developing new technology with our mobile INSTATIQ P1, but already deploying it on real construction projects today.

The awards were presented during the RE Leader Summit in Frankfurt. The direct exchange with other startups, investors and decision-makers from the real estate industry once again highlighted how much the sector is moving — and how important it is to connect new technologies with viable business models at an early stage.

For us, the award is therefore above all a strong confirmation that automated and data-driven construction processes are becoming an increasingly relevant part of the construction industry.
